St. Paul’s Netball League Success

On Monday the St. Paul’s High School Intermediate Netball Team travelled to NI Centre of Excellence for Netball, Lisburn Racquets to play Glenola Collegiate of Bangor in the NNI Premier 2 Intermediate Netball League Final, having beaten Belfast Royal Academy in the playoff stages of this competition.  The match was a close affair with St Paul’s emerging as the eventual winners in the last quarter with a score of 29-24.  This is the third time these two teams have met this season, in the league group stages and the NI Cup- making this win all the more pleasing.
Mrs O’Hare- Armstrong the team’s coach commended the teams perseverance to the final whistle and the inspirational leadership of their new captain Cailiosa NiDhuill.
