Pictured above is Dermot Kelly with Mrs Hollywood, Head of Year, Mrs Graham, Awards Leader and several of the students who attended the talk.
Dermot Kelly from the Armagh Diocesan Youth Commission visited St Paul’s today to speak to Year 13 students about the John Paul II Award. This award, which was created to commemorate the late Pope John Paul II, allows young people to understand that religion and faith are not just for learning, nor are they a list of rules, but that they are for living.
It was appropriate that Dermot should visit the school on the feast day of Blessed John Paul II.
