Year 10 students take part in the Border Crossing writing project

Students from 10/72 were recently chosen to participate in the Border Crossing writing project run by Poetry Ireland in conjunction with Northern Ireland Arts Council.

This programme lasted seven weeks during which time the author Oisin McGann guided the students through the steps involved in the process of creative writing.  The final outcome was a number of themed stories which they will share with two other schools, St Clare’s College, Ballyjamesduff, County Cavan and St Mary’s Christian Brothers’ Grammar School, Belfast.
