Promoting Health and Wellbeing at St Paul’s

In 2007, St Paul’s High School was recognised as one of the leading post primary schools in Northern Ireland by Action Cancer for its commitment to helping improve the health and wellbeing of both staff and students.

In presenting this ‘Gold Award’ to only one school each year in Northern Ireland, Action Cancer acknowledged St Paul’s ‘gold standard of care’ that they highlighted and embedded in their many health initiatives and innovative school health practices.

This award won them the coveted title of ‘Recognised Health Promoting School’ and was given to recognise St Paul’s as a school that endeavours to ‘make a difference’ and as a school that provides support for all of its students’ medical needs and those of its staff.
