Year 14 student Aoife McCullough has been awarded a Mc Keever Sports School All Star 2011.

Trials began in November with 115 girls originally entered.  This number was reduced to 45 for a second trial and then the final 20 players selected.  There was a very high standard of players which made the job of selecting the squad very difficult and the atrocious weather conditions at the trials meant that those who were picked have really earned their spot.

The Ulster team will play Connacht in the first ever Schools Inter provincial game on Friday 25th February in Mullahoran, County Cavan.

Everyone in St Paul’s would like to congratulate Aoife on this fantastic achievement and wish her every success for Friday’s game.
