The festive spirit was alive and well in Derrymore Wood as families, friends, and supporters gathered for our Christmas Elf Hunt in aid of Pretty in Pink, a charity that holds a very special place in our hearts.
On a crisp Sunday morning, the woodland paths were filled with laughter and excitement as participants set out to track down Santa’s mischievous elves, who had escaped from the North Pole. Children and adults alike enjoyed the adventure, exploring the beauty of Derrymore while following clues and spotting elves hidden among the trees.
Adding to the magic, Santa himself made a surprise appearance, ensuring that every elf was safely rounded up and bringing joy to all who attended.
We are deeply grateful to the St Paul’s community, whose turnout and support made the event such a success. A special word of thanks goes to our senior students, who took the lead in organizing and running the hunt with enthusiasm and dedication. Their efforts brought smiles to many faces and helped raise vital funds for Pretty in Pink.
The festive celebrations aren’t over yet! Our Christmas Draw is still running, with the winning tickets to be drawn on Wednesday, 17 December. Tickets remain available for purchase, offering another chance to support this wonderful cause while adding a little extra excitement to the season.
