Our senior pupils had a brilliant morning at the Balance and Budget event hosted by Community Advice Newry, Mourne and Down in the Canal Court Hotel on 8 October 2025.

From inspiring talks on financial wellbeing and life skills to buzzing exhibition stands packed with freebies, the event was a hit from start to finish. Pupils soaked up practical advice on budgeting and future planning, while enjoying the fun atmosphere and exciting raffle draws. Big congratulations to Holly Ma Treanor, CaoimheMcElroy and friends who walked away with prizes!

A special highlight? Meeting Cool FM’s Stuart Robinson, who brought energy and entertainment to the stage throughout the day.
